ay naku, kamowne talaga. pano ka ba naman di hahampas sa keyboard mo pag yung caller mo, di na nga customer yung ini-inquire e sobrang demanding pa na to the point na nagveverify ka lang ng name spelling, sha pa ang galit?? tapos pag namali ang spelling mo, galit din sha? kamote. di ko lang talaga minsan maintindihan kung ano yung tinutukoy niyang frustrating dun at kung bakit nagsosorry na nga ako para sa kasalanan na wala naman akong ginawa, ayaw pa niyang tanggapin? di ko talaga maintindihan pero malamang may konti shang saltik kaya sha ganun...

pero nakakainis lang din diba? kasi were both doing our jobs, him as a pharmacist or what not, and i as a call center agent. we have rules, protocols, quality assurance and what have yous to ensure that we give "QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE." but then, what now? i understand that sometimes you will be having a bad day, but does not give you any permission to give a bad day to somebody else who is just trying her best to assist you in able for you to perform your job well.

im not really complaining about this job, its just that im so "frustrated" that there are some people who just cant help themselves but to be such a jerk!

ok. so kagabi, mahigit dalawang oras lang ako nakatulog. tapos ngaun, winiwish ko na sana wala na lang ako pumasok. kamusta naman ang pagko-calls habang barado ang ilong at masakit ang lalamunan, may sumasabit pang plema.

so ayun nga, da best naman to diba. bulol na nga ako, ngongo pa. asahan mo naman na maintindihan ako ng mga kano kong kausap na di naman lahat pero mejo marami ang tanga at mahirap paliwanagan.

eto pala yung pagiging call center agent. bakit ba kasi di ko pa inantisipeyt to nung nagaaral ako? e alam ko naman na di ako magkakaron ng GUSTO kong tarbaho?

haha. kamote, ayoko lang sigurong tanggapin nun na ganito yung kapupuntahan ko kahit na gustong gusto kong magsulat or atlis kumuha ng litrato. pero wala e. ganito talaga. kahit ayaw mo, pag dumating ka sa puntong kelangan mo nang kumita ng pera, wala ka nang magagawa kundi magsubmit kasi wala naman ding mali, di mo lang talaga gusto.

welcome times two kasi this is my second time to be blogging.

o yeh, i had a blog before. and with this name too. but then i deleted it and after a few errands and blahs, i decided to blog again...
